Key Responsibilities Develop prospective clients and sell Shelter products. Manage your own agency and/or grow a team to assist with administrative and sales tasks. Meet required sales targets and core business proficiencies. Qualifications Motivated, entrepreneurial, and strong communication skills in a sales environment. Previous sales experience or a degree with general business coursework is helpful. No prior insurance industry experience required.
