Sales Director - International Freight Forwarding - Texas

Bradley David Associates is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead business growth initiatives focused on international air and ocean freight forwarding services across Transpacific and Transatlantic trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow international air and ocean freight LCL/ FCL forwarding business.
  
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Transpacific and Transatlantic trade lanes.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer presentations, proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract closure.
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and gross profit objectives.
  
• Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer engagement activities.
  
• Represent the organization at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience within international freight forwarding or NVOCC environments.
• Experience working with Asian and European trade lanes.
• Strong expertise in international air freight and ocean freight services.
• Proven success developing business across Transpacific and/or Transatlantic trade lanes.
• Existing customer relationships within import/export, manufacturing, retail, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of: Incoterms, Customs and international trade compliance, Carrier routing and pricing structures, Supply chain and logistics operations
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close large strategic accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred
