About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Growth to join their mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their preferred home setting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the company's growth, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic plans for expansion and acquisition. This role requires a commitment to the company's values and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families. The Vice President of Strategic Growth will be responsible for assessing agency performance, recruiting and hiring effective team members, conducting market assessments, and collaborating with various leadership teams to ensure the success of the strategic growth plans. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field within the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Experience in home health or hospice is preferred. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and managing strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will be a brand champion, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. They must also be adept at leveraging data and analytics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement. The position requires 50% travel and a valid driver's license, with a dependable vehicle and current auto insurance.
