• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active SLP state licensure for schools in Florida.
• CCC-SLP certification highly regarded; strong CFY candidates are encouraged.
• Experience working with diverse school-age populations and IEP processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to different educational settings and caseloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students at multiple school sites, adhering to individualized education plans (IEPs) and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and execute intervention strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Travel between assigned schools within your region:
  • Renaissance Charter School at Tradition: 31.5 hours/week
  • Tradition Preparatory High School: 15 hours/week
  • Innovation Academy of Excellence in Collaboration with Tallahassee State College: 1 hour/week
  • Union Park Charter Academy: 16 hours/week
  • Four Corners Charter School: 23-28 hours/week
  • Downtown Miami Charter School: 4-5 hours/week (2 days per week)
