Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance. Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records and reports. Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere for children and families. Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the center and attract new families. Requirements: Experience in a leadership role within a childcare or educational setting. Strong understanding of child development and early education practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. First Aid and CPR certification required. Passion for nurturing young children and supporting their growth. Director credentials (preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
