Description: Position/Specialty: MRI Tech Daily caseload per tech varies: Inpatient, ER, and Outpatient Will work 4x10 hours from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Thursday On-call requirement: No Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes Radius rule applies: 60 miles Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission Approval will be based on staffing needs Facility allowed to call off one shift per two weeks Type of facility: Teaching hospital Total staffed beds: 865 Scrub color: Teal top, black bottom Charting system: Epic Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams During the hurricane season running from June through November, travelers should ensure they do not confirm a new or extended assignment during this period Submission details must include required information and qualifications Previous permanent staff must be separated from the system for one year before returning Candidates are prioritized based on their active licensure status If a candidate is a clinical pass, quick placements may occur based on time off guidelines Each candidate can only be submitted to one position at a time Ensure all labs and modules are completed within specified timeframes prior to the start date Modules are non-billable and are included in the onboarding hours
