Job Description

The Safety Manager - Data Center - NoVA will:

Serve as the Safety Manager for a 200,000 sq. ft. hyperscale data center campus consisting of two stacked buildings
Lead safety efforts for tenant fit‑out operations beginning this summer
Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures for the company's new data center division
Partner closely with executive leadership, including the CEO and ownership team
Conduct site safety orientations, audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, client requirements, and industry best practices
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a strong safety culture
Play a foundational role in shaping long‑term safety standards as the division grows

The Successful Applicant

The Safety Manager - Data Center - NoVA will have:

Experience as a Safety Manager on large commercial or mission‑critical construction projects
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience leading safety efforts for tenant fit‑outs or complex interior scopes preferred
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership
