Angel Cruz Farmers Insurance in MANSFIELD, Texas, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team as a Full-Time Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
