We are currently seeking a high-producing property and casualty insurance sales professional to sell Allstate insurance products from our Burleson, TX office!

This role is perfect for someone with a strong property and casualty sales background who is ready to drive results and significantly boost their earnings. We are looking for team members who are open and teachable, industrious, self-motivated and want to maximize their potential.

Our agency offers industry-leading compensation, with potential earnings reachingor exceeding six figures, surpassing typical industry standards. Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation. Leads and aggressive marketing provided.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Allstate TEXAS insurance products to new and existing customers
- Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs
- Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission-driven focus
- Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty License
- At least 3 years of property and casualty insurance sales experience
- Strong history of top sales performance
- Allstate insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and compliance-focused
- Excellent relationship-building skills, aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction
- Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed sales goals
