What You'll Do

• Convert agency-provided leads into new Property & Casualty policies (auto, home, and more)
• Cross-sell and round out existing accounts to grow your book and your commissions
• Deliver standout service that turns customers into referral sources
• Track your pipeline and hit clear, achievable production goals

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals (insurance sales preferred)
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated — you take feedback and run with it
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for helping customers protect what matters
