Responsibilities

Actively seek out new business opportunities through local networking and community engagement in the Burleson area.

Evaluate the unique risk profiles of prospective clients to build custom coverage solutions.

Guide policyholders through the process of protecting their homes, cars, and families with clarity and care.

Follow up with existing clients to review their policies and ensure their protection keeps pace with their life changes.

Manage your own pipeline of leads and keep detailed records of all interactions to ensure top-notch service.

Collaborate with the agency team to share ideas and keep our service standards high.

Requirements

Valid Texas Property & Casualty License.

Valid Texas Life & Health License.

Proven track record in a sales-focused environment.

Strong comfort level with cold calling and community networking.

Ability to learn and master new software systems quickly.

A patient and empathetic approach to educating clients on complex products.
