Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered physical therapy by managing the complete process of care for a designated group of patients, in conjunction with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform the development of individualized care plans, focusing on achieving therapeutic goals and enhancing patient engagement.
• Provide direct physical therapy treatments, adapting techniques to ensure optimal support throughout the patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Evaluate and modify treatment interventions based on ongoing assessments, ensuring compliance with established legal and professional standards of practice.
• Assist patients in developing skills and understanding the purpose of prescribed exercises and therapeutic appliances to promote self-care beyond therapy sessions.
• Manage caseloads effectively, coordinating with the healthcare team to determine staffing needs and appropriate patient care assignments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from sports injuries. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
