The role requires prior customer service experience, with a preference for knowledge of medical billing, though it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to learn and patiently explain a broad range of healthcare billing concepts. Responsibilities Respond to patient calls regarding billing questions and concerns. Act as the first point of contact for billing related inquiries. Collaborate with the billing department to resolve issues efficiently. Educate patients on healthcare billing concepts in a clear and patient manner. Requirements 40 hours per week – First Shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM High School Diploma or GED Previous Customer Service Experience Previous Medical Billing Experience Preferred Benefits Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment; all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date.
