Lead the Team That Creates Lifelong Memories

At Trilogy Excursions, every unforgettable adventure begins long before our guests step aboard. We're looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead our Reservations & Guest Experience Team and help deliver exceptional service from the very first inquiry.

If you're passionate about developing people, solving problems, improving processes, and creating world-class guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire our Reservations & Guest Experience Team
Elevate every guest interaction across phone, email, text, chat, and online platforms
Coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team
Improve booking conversion, guest satisfaction, and service quality
Lead guest recovery efforts and turn challenges into memorable experiences
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless guest journey
Drive continuous improvement through technology, analytics, and innovation

Requirements

We're Looking For

5+ years of hospitality, tourism, guest services, or reservations experience
3+ years of leadership or management experience
A natural coach who enjoys building strong, engaged teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
