Zurich North America seeks an AVP, Underwriting Director or VP, Senior Underwriting Director – E&S Excess Casualty to join our team in Houston, Dallas, or Atlanta with hybrid work flexibility. You will underwrite new and renewal business, lead a market-facing team, and build strong broker relationships to drive profitable growth.
This role requires extensive experience in Excess & Surplus underwriting, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex opportunities within a wholesale
