Hybrid HR Business Partner: Recruiting, Onboarding & Compliance
Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP)
AMPP, based in Houston, TX, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management and employee relations. You will maintain records, run HRIS reports, administer the LMS, support payroll, and help streamline HR processes while ensuring policy adherence and employment-law compliance. This hybrid role requires 3–5 years HR experience (or 7–10 with HS diploma) and Paycom proficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP)
