Senior Tax ManagerA well-established and growing CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its team of skilled professionals! Our firm offers clients comprehensive tax expertise and guidance. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead a motivated team and contribute to the firm's success!Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of highly motivated tax professionals.Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients.Develop and maintain relationships with business and community leaders to expand your network and grow the firm's local market presence.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.8+ years of experience in public accounting, with proven expertise in tax.Strong ability to leverage firm technology to improve client service.Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ (commensurate with experience)Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.A supportive, team-oriented work culture.Potential for career advancement within our growing firm.
