Location: Dallas, TX (100% Onsite)
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time Contract, Mon–Fri (40 hrs/wk)
Overview
PrideStaff Dallas is hiring an RFP Support Coordinator for a top transportation company in Dallas. This is a hands-on, fast-paced administrative role focused on managing bid tracking, proposal data, and customer portal uploads during peak proposal season.
Key Responsibilities
- Track Bids: Maintain master proposal trackers, calendars, and version controls.
- Manage Spreadsheets: Clean, format, and reconcile complex pricing datasets in Excel.
- Handle Submissions: Upload rates and RFP documents to customer portals.
- Ensure Accuracy: Audit datasets for errors, missing fields, or conflicts.
- Coordinate Workflows: Organize file handoffs between internal teams.
Requirements
- Excel Skills: Proficient with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, sorting, and data cleanup.
- Project & Data Tracking: Experience managing status trackers and file versions.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on data accuracy and quality control.
- Reliable: Able to work full-time onsite in Dallas and pass a background check.
