Family Medicine opening in Stoughton, WI - Madison 42m; Milwaukee 150m; Chicago 200mJob Description:Established team of 1 physicianEstablished practice serving the Stoughton communityOpportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinicCohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferencesExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the communityFull time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult patientsFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationResponsibilities:Average of 17-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM)1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week + administrative timeShared call amongst the providers; Phone call only - triaged through MyNurse line.Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveGeneral procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, etc.Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient carePatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skillsQualifications:Board certified or Board Eligible in Family MedicineHold an unrestricted licenseAbility to work as a team memberUS Citizen or H1BAbout the Group:A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
