firstPRO 360 is assisting our client in Marietta, GA in their search for an experienced Inside Sales Support Specialist . We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with inbound and outbound sales calls, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify and qualify leads, assess customer needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective customers, existing clients, and previous leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales inquiries.
• Support outside sales representatives with appointment scheduling, lead management, and customer communications.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand existing customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and provide updates on sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with general sales administration and reporting as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, lead generation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience making outbound prospecting calls and handling inbound sales inquiries.
• Strong lead generation, qualification, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
