Key constituent to internal team members, management & external customers; success in the role will be defined as the development and implementation of category initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the holistic business with focus on reporting integrity, planogram builds, promotional tracking, and analytics to support strategy. Supports Category Management Department to ensure corporate objectives and distribution goals are met through tools such as, but not limited to, Circana (IRI), Circana Scan Panel, Numerator Insights (Data). Synthesize actionable insights using retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, and shopper insights. Display powerful storytelling ability to bring initiatives to life through traditional category management tools including, but not limited to: JDA, IRI syndicated data platform, Numerator, external resources, to ensure the execution and support of strategic business plan. Have the flexibility to be a total team player and jump in during times where you can assist the greater team on strategic deliverables with the customer. Building PowerBI capabilities that allows analytics to be synthesized quickly.

Qualifications: Strong drive for results and excellent communication skills. Intellectual curiosity & analytical skills. Strong problem solving capabilities. Previous CPG experience preferred. Bachelors degree required.
