Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Director of Stores to lead store operations across their Columbus region. You will manage a remote field leadership team to achieve sales, inventory and service goals while driving profitability. Responsibilities include strategic planning, coaching District Team Leaders, visiting stores, recruiting and evaluating Associates, and ensuring safety and compliance.
