- Monitor maintenance workmanship and materials to verify compliance with GlobalX approved procedures, applicable FARs, and company policy.
- Audit completed aircraft records including logbook pages, work cards, non-routines, Engineering Orders (EOs), Engineering Authorizations (EAs), and all associated documentation produced by C-Check, PRN, and Line Maintenance operations.
Vendor & Contractor Oversight
- Conduct on-site audits of maintenance providers at required frequencies, evaluating QA programs, RII compliance, calibration programs, shelf-life controls, personnel training, technical data currency, and facilities.
- Administer vendor self-audit packages and ensure on-site follow-up within required timeframes for repair vendors.
- Make recommendations to add or remove companies from the Approved Parts List (APL) / Approved Vendor List (AVL) based on audit results.
- Verify that contracted and sub-contracted maintenance agencies meet GlobalX specifications, FAR requirements, and anti-drug/alcohol program compliance.
CASS Auditor Responsibilities
- Perform CASS audits independently of Technical Operations Directors and Managers, maintaining functional independence as required by company policy.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of audit findings; assist management with root cause analysis (RCA), risk assessment, hazard identification, and corrective action plan (CAP) development.
- Document findings with objective evidence; enter all audit results, findings, and corrective actions into the company audit tracking system for CASS Review Board presentation.
- Support the Manager CASS in preparation of the monthly CASS Audit Report and CASS Review Board presentations, including trend analysis of audit data, reliability reports, and documentation discrepancies.
- Conduct follow-up audits to verify effectiveness of corrective actions as directed by the CASS Board.

- Maintain all audit records in accordance with GMM and CASS policies and procedures.
