Senior Backend Engineer, Enterprise - Jobgether
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Architect and develop distributed microservices that support mission‑critical enterprise features, ensuring high availability and scalability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API contracts, data models, and performance benchmarks. Implement robust security and compliance controls, including encryption, access management, and audit logging. Optimize database schemas and query performance across relational and NoSQL stores. Drive continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services. Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. Requirements 10+ years of backend development experience with Python, Java, or Go. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Proven track record building scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise applications. Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, and data modeling.
