Facility: Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Charlotte, FL Shift Options: 4-hour and 12-hour shifts (All shifts available) Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating and directing daily functions of the nursing department Ensure all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and maintain professional standards Participate actively in facility surveys and compliance audits as needed Conduct daily rounds to monitor and uphold nursing care standards Address complaints and grievances promptly, escalating to the Director of Nursing Services when necessary Qualifications & Requirements: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida Strong communication and leadership skills Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off (PTO) Comprehensive medical and dental insurance Supportive, team-oriented work environment Company perks and employee recognition programs Background screening information: Florida Clearinghouse
