• Can you maintain ±0.010 tolerances in unpredictable field environments?
• Do you run a Bridgeport knee mill and manual engine lathe with confidence?
• Do GD&T , G-Code, M-Code, and precision metrology feel second nature?
• Can you read complex blueprints and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers?
• Do you troubleshoot fast, rig safely, and protect quality and safety standards?

• Set up, operate, and maintain portable machining systems at client sites.
• Execute custom machining solutions to restore or modify critical assets.
• Document work, verify dimensions with micrometers/inspection tools, and meet quality targets.
• Communicate clearly with project teams to deliver results on time.

• 5+ years in manual and/or field machining.
• Strong blueprint interpretation; deep knowledge of cutting tools, materials, speeds & feeds.
• Basic rigging and safe power tool operation.
• High school diploma or GED/HSED required; Journeyman or technical degree preferred.

• OSHA 10
• Valid driver’s license
• IPM Overhead Crane Training certification
• Forklift training & valid license
• Frequent travel (some weekends); comfortable using mobile apps for time/expenses

• Compensation: $100,000+ annually (based on experience)
