Based in: Cincinnati Ohio

Position Type: Full time with benefits

Hours: 3rd Shift (10p - 8a)

Pay: $26-32/hr + $1 shift differential

Position Summary:


This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment for production operations. This includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and repairs. They will be working cross functionally with other operations departments including but not limited to Brewing, Packaging, and Warehousing.

Essential Functions:

• Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records in a timely manner.
• Be proficient in continuously identifying plant issues or improvements via CMMS.
• Repair/rebuild equipment as needed. (pumps, gearboxes, etc.).
• Maintain High/Low pressure boilers, glycol chillers, air compressors.
• Be comfortable using bulk CO2, chemical tanks, pressurized vessels.
• Communicate using Excel, Word, email (shift reports) and CMMS (WO's/PM's) effectively.
• Follow OSHA regulations about Forktrucks, chemical handling, LOTO, confined space, etc
• Be comfortable climbing a 30' ladder on occasion
• All other duties assigned

Requirements:

Functional Skills

• Must be proficient in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical drive systems, & process flow i.e. pumps. Electrical strength is a PLUS.
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, construction drawings, machine manuals, electrical blueprints/schematics.
• Must have demonstrated skills/certification in general maintenance; HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft Office and tablet familiarity.

Education, Experience, & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree/Certification or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment including forklifts, chemicals, wet and loud areas
• Willingness to be on call and work off shift and/or weekends.
