Roofing Sales & Project Manager

You're essentially running your own book of business—finding opportunities, closing deals, and seeing projects through completion. What you'll be doing Self-starter roofing/solar reps in the Charlotte area work company-generated leads alongside self-generated insurance-related opportunities Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$60K annualized) Year 1: Top quartile clears $220K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing or an adjacent vertical Straightforward, No-Nonsense, Self.
