Looking for a career where your effort directly impacts your earning potential? Aspen Contracting is looking for driven, motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales team in the Charlotte market. As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process.

No roofing experience? No problem.

We provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Office Location

Office 104 Charlotte Market

6425A Bannington Rd Charlotte, NC 28226

Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Job Snapshot

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Charlotte market

Experience: No roofing experience required
