Position Overview:
Bizzett aare seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to jumpstart their career in project management and coordination within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting project managers and teams by assisting with planning, organizing, and executing various project tasks. 

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in coordinating project activities and timelines.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
• Track project progress and update project documentation accordingly.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates.
• Help manage project resources and ensure timely delivery of project components.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
