Job Title: Senior Performance & Global Media Strategy Lead Location: Midtown NYC (Hybrid) Job Type: Long-Term Contract Pay Rate: $53.00 – $63.00 / hour Overview A major global consumer services enterprise is seeking a Senior Performance & Global Media Strategy Lead for a long-term contract. You will serve as the technical authority directing global paid media strategy, optimizing acquisition investments, managing agency partners, and standardizing performance frameworks across multi-location brands. Key Responsibilities Agency Governance: Manage global agency relationships, setting strict standards for campaign planning, execution, staffing, and ROI reporting. Technical Audits & Oversight: Review campaign structures and raw performance data across paid search, programmatic, social, video, and CTV to validate agency recommendations and optimize bidding. Multi-Location Growth: Direct paid media strategies across regional business units to expand market reach and lower acquisition costs. Measurement & Attribution: Establish enterprise KPIs, dashboards, incrementality testing, and attribution models to guide media spend decisions. Executive Alignment: Translate performance data into high-level investment recommendations and help scale a global media operating model. Qualifications 7+ years directing paid media and digital performance marketing for enterprise brands or major agencies. Hands‑on experience auditing campaign settings, pacing, keywords, and data structures to ensure agency accountability. Proven track record leading media strategy across complex, multi‑location, or multi‑brand business models.
