We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Lancaster, NY. In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a collaborative and people-focused culture.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support full-cycle recruiting efforts and partner closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and operational leaders to help meet workforce goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding
• Screening resumes and conducting candidate pre-qualification calls
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Maintaining candidate communication and delivering a positive applicant experience
• Managing job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
• Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining ATS data accuracy
• Supporting hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and talent pipeline initiatives
• Assisting with onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and background checks
• Collaborating with HR and operations teams to support staffing and workforce planning needs
• Contributing ideas to improve recruiting processes and overall efficiency

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about recruiting.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
• Experience managing multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting onboarding and HR administration is a plus
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is highly valued
• SHRM certification is a plus
