About the Position

MARS Solutions Group is hiring with one of our healthcare clients for a Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Critical Care) contract crisis-rate assignment in Wisconsin.

This role involves providing high-acuity critical care in a fast-paced ICU environment. The RN will manage complex medical, surgical, cardiac, and vascular ICU patients, including ventilated and post-operative cases. Strong critical care experience and the ability to float across multiple units are required.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years ICU experience required
• First-time travelers accepted only with strong ICU background (3+ years)
• Experience in high-acuity critical care settings strongly preferred
• Preferred exposure to:
  • CRRT / CVVH (NxStage)
  • Balloon pump management
  • Fresh cardiac cases (CABG, valve surgeries)

Certifications:

• Required: BLS, ACLS
• Preferred: NIHSS
