Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and they maintain a clean and safe environment. Compensation Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
