The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls. Success in this position requires confidence answering calls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers while providing exceptional service.We're looking for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
