Medical Receptionist Evaluation Clinic (No Treatment Setting)

The IMA Group is seeking a professional and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to support our evaluation-based clinic in Mechanicsburg, PA. Unlike traditional healthcare settings, our team conducts scheduled medical evaluations onlyno ongoing treatment or care coordinationallowing for a structured, efficient, and predictable workflow. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, organized, and respectful experience for every patient.

The responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming, professional environment
• Managing check-in/check-out and maintaining accurate patient records
• Scheduling appointments and supporting daily clinic flow
• Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
• Performing administrative tasks including data entry and documentation
• Partnering with clinical staff to ensure a seamless evaluation process

The ideal candidate will have:

• 13 years of receptionist or customer-facing experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Comfortable with basic office systems and electronic records
