Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting high school-aged students

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to high school students
• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities of students as required
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in coordination with educational teams
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals
• Adapt approaches as needed to meet diverse student needs
