Full Charge BookkeeperResearch Centers of America - Hollywood, FL 33024Level: Experienced Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Category: AccountingJob DescriptionAccounts Payable including: purchase orders and vendor records maintenanceMedical Billing Knowledge a plusMultiple Bank reconciliations for depository accountsReconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as neededGeneral ledger maintenanceMonthly financial statementsMaintain required business documentsPrepare annual 1099'sAssistance with the annual budget and audit processNew vendor setup and maintenanceVendor statement reconciliation and discrepanciesPrepare and/or review of all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosurePerform other related duties as may be requested by the Executive DirectorRequirements:Bachelor's degree in AccountingProficient in accounting software (3 years minimum experience)Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles3 -5 years Full Charge Bookkeeping experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced work environmentHighly organized and detail orientedAble to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skills Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environmentAbility to interface well with staff and external contacts of the AuthorityProven ability to maintain confidentialityStrong organizational skillsJob Type: Full-time
