Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Join our team as a Commodity Buyer, responsible for managing auto part costs, investments, and annual cost reductions impacting financial performance. In this role, you will establish part and supplier analyses, propose optimal supplier selection based on cost, quality, and delivery, and support supplier relationships. Key duties include conducting Model Situational Analysis for multiple suppliers, monitoring industry trends, maintaining accurate BOM and supplier data, and managing cost targets through negotiations during new model development. You will also ensure timely quotations, system maintenance, and support mass production cost improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business (or equivalent experience), with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Skills required are negotiation, cost management, supplier relationship building, team collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. Work involves occasional international travel, working in an open office environment, and in-office communication.
