Sales Support Specialist Details:

• Contract position
• $ 22.50 / hour
• First Shift

• Support Sales Account Representatives by assisting with customer inquiries, supply issues, material expedites, and special projects to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage customer orders and expedite requests, including updating customer requirements, entering orders into the MRP system, and coordinating with raw material suppliers to meet demand.
• Create and maintain monthly purchase order templates to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment for customers.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and drop-ship inventory activities by monitoring open orders and communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, maintain accurate records and filing systems, and support continuous process improvements within the department.

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory, logistics, or order fulfillment processes, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
