Invoicing & Sales Support Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Manage high-volume, manual invoicing for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and detailed supporting documentation to facilitate prompt customer payment.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, mills, and processing centers, providing exceptional customer service and coordinating order expedites, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
• Support buyer and account representative activities including order entry, export documentation, delivery tracking, pricing updates, product record maintenance, and variance adjustments.
• Research and resolve invoicing exceptions by utilizing multiple systems, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ensuring accurate invoice and margin reporting.
• Process customer material claims and mill rejections, maintain organized invoice filing and archival systems, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within daily workflows.

Invoicing & Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, with prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong mathematical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations/environments.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
