Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
