Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Adaptability to manage diverse student needs within a Low Incidence Program
• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions to students with a range of communication needs at Marple Education Center
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports as required by the program
• Contribute to team meetings and IEP planning for students in the Low Incidence Program
• Provide resources and support to integrate speech-language strategies into daily learning
