Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students with speech and physical therapy needs in a vibrant, urban school environment near West Chester, PA. Three full-time openings offer the opportunity to make a tangible impact: one position each serving elementary students, middle schoolers (6th-8th grade), and high schoolers. These roles begin as soon as possible and run through June 10, 2027, with a dedicated onsite presence required—work is exclusively in person, as the district has already filled its virtual needs.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid credentials and experience as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) or PT (Physical Therapist) in a school setting
• Prior school-based experience is required
• Proven capability to work effectively within an urban school district
• Ability to adapt your approach to help students across varied age ranges and developmental stages
• Familiarity with completing all Pennsylvania state clearance requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites as needed; punctuality and attendance are crucial
• Comfortable working onsite throughout the entirety of the contract, with no accommodations for remote or alternative scheduling
• Available to work a 35-hour week, strictly between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct speech or physical therapy services, manage IEP goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and parent conferences
• Complete assessments and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with state and district guidelines
