In this role, you will:

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• School-based experience or strong clinical background in serving pediatric populations.
• Ability to adapt communication strategies for diverse needs.
• Collaborative mindset to work within multidisciplinary educational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication challenges in a Low Incidence Program setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
• Communicate progress and strategies with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure comprehensive student support.
