Customer Service Team Member

Lori's Natural Foods – Rochester, NY
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional shopping experience by:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
• Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently
• Stocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays
• Keeping products organized, faced, and properly rotated
• Checking expiration dates and maintaining product quality
• Answering customer questions and assisting with product recommendations
• Answering phones and helping with customer orders
• Assisting in different departments as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Staying productive and supporting the team throughout your shift

• Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping people
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• A strong team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive throughout the day
• Interested in health, wellness, and natural foods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Detail-oriented and organized

Previous grocery, retail, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required . We're happy to train the right person!

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs

This is an active position that requires:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting
• Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Working in refrigerated and freezer areas as needed
• Climbing ladders when necessary
• Attention to detail when reading labels, pricing, and expiration dates
