Join a growing, community-focused practice as a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider in a supportive, team-based environment with strong mentorship.

Overview

• Single position covering two clinic locations in Fayetteville and Spring Lake, NC (approximately 25 minutes apart)
• Established pediatric practice with 5 providers
• 4.5-day work week: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 100% outpatient pediatrics (ages 0–18)
• Average ~18 patients per day (mix of sick and well visits)
• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care
• Rotating weekly phone-only call (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Strong clinical support with experienced staff
• Direct mentorship from a pediatrician with 30 years of experience

Requirements

• Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or PA-C
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Pediatric or relevant outpatient experience preferred
• Commitment to community-based, relationship-driven care
