Floater: Multi-Branch Member Service Advisor

Credit Union of Southern California is seeking a Member Service Officer III, Floater to support the Retail Support Team. The role focuses on staffing across zones (Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Whittier, Orange) and will be based at the Pomona branch. You will document procedures and assist on mergers or special projects while delivering high-quality member service.
