Delivery Associate/Driver

Job Description Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Qualifications We are looking for drivers who are reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work hard. Ideal candidates are energetic and are able to manage their time effectively while focusing on SAFETY in performance of their assigned deliveries.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must posses a valid Driver’s License (CDL not required) Must be 21 years of age or older Work Authorization Willing to work in all weather conditions Drivers will typically work 10 hour days Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 50 pounds) Ability to enter and exit vehicle frequently throughout the day Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, coworkers, etc. Excel with reliability and personal time management Driving: 1 year (preferred) Delivery Driver Experience: 1 year (preferred) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
