Senior Business Analyst - Payments

Position: Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent
Location: Irving, Texas (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: Contract

Job Overview:
The Business Execution Consultant 4 will play a critical role in supporting complex business execution activities, including analysis, documentation, delivery coordination, and execution tracking. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. The role operates under general supervision and supports delivery outcomes in alignment with defined business objectives and governance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.
• Perform analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows.
• Support current and future state process analysis to identify gaps and execution considerations.
• Draft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution artifacts using approved tools and templates.
• Track assigned deliverables, milestones, and action items against delivery plans.
• Monitor execution progress and identify risks, blockers, or timing concerns.
• Prepare status updates, execution summaries, and readiness views for leadership and delivery forums.
• Execute work in adherence to risk, compliance, and change management standards.
• Maintain required artifacts to support governance, controls testing, and regulatory review.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, analysis, operations, or delivery support roles.
• Experience supporting delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to comprehend and act within complex technological operating environments.
• Experience in structured or Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and concurrent deliverables.
• Experience in a regulated, large-scale environment preferred.
• Prior experience in Payments, Treasury Services, or Merchant Services preferred.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and the lifecycle of payments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence for managing stories and developing intake processes.

Pay Range: $55.00 - 65.00/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
